Spanish Call Center Agent (Active Pooling)

The Spanish Multilingual Customer Service Associate is tasked to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns about the product that they are handling.

They must be fluent in the German language as well as the Spanish language. They will be expected to do troubleshooting and problem-solving steps for clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

Required skill(s): Customer service skills and/or Troubleshooting hardware, and software.

Required language(s): English, Spanish

Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Full-Time positions available.

Willing to be assigned in Libis, Shaw or Alabang.
